        一、門衛服務的質量標準:

        1、對客戶單位出入口進行把守、驗證、檢查,保衛客戶安全。
        2、查驗出入人員的證件,辦理登記手續,禁止無關人員進入。
        3、根據客戶的要求,對出入的人員,車輛攜帶或裝運的物品進行查驗,防止客戶單位財物流失。
        4、指揮、疏導出入車輛,清理無關人員,維護出入口的正常秩序。
        5、及時發現不法行為人,截獲贓物,做好治安防范工作。
        6、協助客戶單位做好來訪接待工作。


        二、 巡邏服務的質量標準:
        1、對特定區域、地段和目標進行巡查、警戒,保衛客戶安全。
        2、通過巡邏、震懾不法分子,使其打消對客戶不法侵害的企圖。
        3、通過巡邏,發現可疑人員,對其進行詢問,對有作案嫌疑的,送交有關部門處理。
        4、對正在發生的不法侵害行為,應采取相應措施,予以制止,將不發行為人送交公安機關或有關部門處理。
        5、檢查、發現、報告并及時消除各種不安全隱患。防止火災,爆炸等事故或搶劫、盜竊等不法侵害案件的發生。
        6、在巡邏過程中,對已經發生的不法侵害案件或災害事故,應及時報告公安機關或有關部門并保護現場。

        三、守護服務的質量標準:
        1、對特定的目標進行看護和守衛,保衛客戶安全。
        2、維護守衛區域的正常秩序。及時制止無關人員進入守衛范圍。
        3、做好防火、防盜、防搶、防爆炸等工作。

        四、技術防范服務的質量標準:
        1、人安人員運用科技手段和設備,為客戶指定的區域和目標,設計,安裝各種報警器材并定期維護,提供接警、先期處警和其他相關技防服務業務,保衛客戶安全。
        2、防止客戶單位遭受不法侵害。
        3、接到入網客戶的報警信息,應迅整趕赴現場進行先期處置。
        4、對正在發生的不法侵害行為,應采取措施制止,對不法行為人應立即送交公安機關處理。
        5、對于誤報警應迅速給予排除。
        6、對聯網報警客戶的技防設備,應定期進行巡檢維護,防止設備出現故障。
        7、技防設備的安裝,應嚴格遵照有關技術規范和標準進行。
        8、對于客戶提出的設備報修、移機應迅速給予處理。 

        五、勤務管理
        1、 交接班制度 
        1)要嚴格遵守交接班制度,按規定的時間交接班。因故不能執勤的,必須提前辦理請假手續。
        2)上崗前的準備工作
        接班人員做好上崗準備,按規定著裝,攜帶執勤用品,準時接班。
        3)交班
        接班人員到達崗位后,交接時雙方先行敬禮,然后邊注意觀察,邊做交接班事宜。交班人員應告知本班發生的情況和處理結果,并交待需要繼續辦理的事項。移交勤務登記簿,雙方簽字備查。接班者未到或未辦理交接班手續,當班者不能離開。
        2、請示報告制度 
        遇到緊急情況和重大問題時要及時、具體、準確地向客戶單位、上級領導和公安機關等有關部門請示、報告。對客戶單位、上級領導及公安機關等部門有關處置緊急情況的工作指示,要立即、堅決執行,執行結果要及時反饋,并做詳細記錄。
        3、勤務檢查制度
        駐勤單位組織負責人或指定的勤務檢查人員,負責對執勤情況進行檢查。勤務檢查的內容以履行崗位職責的情況為主。對勤務檢查中發現的問題和處理結果,應做好記錄,重要問題應及時向上級匯報。
        4、勤務登記制度
        勤務登記由當班人員負責記錄。主要記載上級指示、通知、交辦的事項及值班期間發生和處理的問題,記錄必須清晰、準確,不得隨意涂改,并妥善保管。
        5、崗位要求
        1 著裝整齊,語言文明,手勢規范,站姿端正,精神飽滿。
        2 熟記客戶單位有關門衛規章制度、出入手續,使用的各種證件、標志、車輛的牌號等。
        3 了解門衛區域內的環境狀況和安全措施。
        4 熟悉和掌握單位內部機構的分布、位置、聯系方式。
        5 基本熟悉和掌握客戶單位內部人員情況。


        服務承諾書Service Commitment

        我方承諾:

        一、派駐保安人員原則:

        (1)、派駐貴公司的所有保安隊員為退役軍人及社會優秀青年,初中以上文化學歷,年齡 18-50 周歲,均經過嚴格的面試、政審、體檢,并經過保安崗前培訓合格后上崗。
        (2)、我方保持人員的穩定,每年人員流動率不超過 30%。
        二、承諾服務內容:
        (1)、門禁服務
        A、保安員通過客戶單位出入口進行值守、驗證、檢查登記,維護客戶安全;
        B、檢查出入人員的證件,辦理登記手續,禁止無關人員進入;
        C、對出入人員的證件,車輛及其攜帶或裝運的物品進行查驗,防止客戶單位財產流失及違禁物品流入;
        D、指揮疏導出入車輛,維護出入口的正常秩序;
        E、及時發現不法行為人,截獲贓物,做好安全防范工作;
        F、協助客戶單位做好來訪人員接待工作;
        G、做好報刊、雜志、信件、包裹的收發和急件的快速處理工作;
        H、負責自行車棚、停車場、警衛室周圍秩序的管理以及衛生工作,保證場區整潔有序。

        A、保安員通過對特定區域、地段和目標的巡視檢查、警戒,保護客戶安全;
        B、通過巡邏,震懾不法分子,有效防范對客戶可能造成的不法侵害;
        C、通過巡邏,發現可疑人員,對有違法犯罪嫌疑的,依法扭送到有關部門處理;
        D、對正在發生的不法侵害行為,應采取相應措施予以制止,不法行為人及時扭送公安機關或有關部門處理;
        E、檢查、發現、報告并及時消除各種安全隱患。防止火災、爆炸等事故或搶劫、盜竊等不法侵害;
        F、在巡邏過程中,對已發生的不法侵害案件或治安災害事故,應及時報告客戶和公安機關或有關部門,并采取相應措施保護現場。
        (3)、消防安全服務
        A、保安員定期檢查滅火器的壓力,消防噴淋系統的水壓,火災報警系統的靈敏度及各種安全指示標志、應急燈的功能檢測。
        B、根據甲方需要,保安員可對甲方的易燃、易爆物品及其它危險品進行實時監控。
        C、保安隊長組織每周對轄區進行一次消防安全檢查,并在當日將檢查結果匯報給甲方主管。
        D、我方定期挑選一名部隊退役的專業消防兵對駐甲方的保安隊員組織消防業務知識培訓及演練。
        E、我方可協助甲方制定緊急情況預案。

        F、若甲方需要,我方可以選派從部隊退役的專業消防兵對甲方員工進行消防知識及緊急情況下的自救培訓,也可協助甲方進行演練。
        三、承諾服務保障措施

        (1)我方派遣的保安隊員均經過專業的培訓,熟悉消防、安保監控系統,配備統一的保安服裝,熟知治安防范措施。

        (2)根據貴公司要求結合實際狀況 24 小時輪值,制定一系列保衛監護方案,做好門禁車輛、人員管制、夜間巡邏、防火、防盜、防治安事故工作。

        (3)熟悉消防知識,熟練操作、使用各類消防器材,定期檢查、保養、更換各類消防設備、設施并按規定作好各類記錄。

        (4)稽查部將不定時對保安隊員的執勤情況進行監督檢查,負責對保安隊員教育管理,提高隊員素質,適應貴公司的業務需要。

        (5)對貴公司提出的不稱職保安隊員及時查處,并在 2 天內及時更換。

        (6)保安隊員因事、因病或其它原因缺勤的,及時調配補充。

        (7)所有保安隊員必須遵守貴公司的所有規章制度,服從貴公司的日常管理,保守商業秘密。

        (8)所有保安隊員采取軍事化管理,集中住宿、統一晨練出操,定期進行培訓,可根據貴公司要求安排統一駐守,遇緊急任務時隨叫隨到。

        四、應急預案

        (1)、遇有無關人員違反規定欲進入守護區域時,應進行勸阻;對不聽勸阻的,應堅決制止并迅速報告客戶單位或有關部門處理。

        (2)、遇有無關車輛,欲進入守護區域時,應示意停車,對不聽指揮強行闖入的,應立即制止并報告客戶單位或有關部門。

        (3)、發現不法侵害行為,應立即采取措施堅決制止,并將不法行為人送交客戶單位或公安機關。做好現場保護工作。

        (4)、發生火災、爆炸等災害事故,應立即報警,并及時通知客戶單位。采取積極措施防止事態擴大,協助搶救受傷人員,并做好現場保護工作。

        F. If Party A needs it, we can send professional firefighters who retire from the army to train Party A's employees in fire fighting knowledge and self-rescue in emergency situations, and also assist Party A in drilling.
        III. Guarantee Measures for Committed Services
        (1) Our security team members are trained professionally, familiar with fire control and security monitoring systems, equipped with uniform security clothing, and familiar with security precautions.
